Simple Guacamole Recipe

There are a million ways to enjoy good guacamole. It can complement numerous recipes, such as salads and burritos, and it can plainly be served as a refreshing dip for tortilla chips at a fiesta with a bunch of your friends. Either way, you cannot go wrong with a freshly made guac. Today we're going back to basics with an easy and palatable recipe. Hope you enjoy! Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
  1. 2 Medium-sized avocados
  2. 1 Medium-sized tomato (Seeds removed, chopped into cubes)
  3. 2 Cloves of garlic (Grated)
  4. 1/2 Red onion
  5. 1 Lemon (Juiced and zested)
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Cinnamon
  9. Tabasco

Procedure
  1. Begin making your guacamole by adding the avocado, tomato, minced garlic, half an onion, and the juice and zest of a lemon into a bowl. Salt, pepper, cinnamon and tabasco will follow, use all to taste. 
  2. Mash the concoction together using a proper masher, a food processor, or a fork.
