I was about to start today off with an essay on how great guacamole is but I guess you guys know all of that already. What I'm not entirely sure of is if you've tried guacamole and smoked salmon together? Yes. You guessed it, I did. And yes. You're right again. It was absolutely amazing.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients- 4 whole wheat tortilla wrap
- 3-4 oz smoked salmon - add more upon preference
- 4 tbsps of sour cream - add more upon preference
- Guacamole (Recipe here)
Preparation
- Heat your wraps any way you like. (In an oven at 180c or higher or on a frying pan at medium-heat.) This makes it easier to roll later on.
- Remove your guacamole from the refrigerator and spread it on the warm tortilla.
- Add as much sour cream and smoked salmon as you like.
- Roll it up into a wrap.
