Berry Waffles From Scratch Recipe

There's just something about waking up to a plate of warm waffles that makes me feel like a kid again.
Serving Size: 6 waffles
Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup raspberries
  3. 1/2 cup blueberries
  4. 1 cup oats
  5. 1 large banana
  6. 1/4 cup of almond milk
  7. 2 tbsps of coconut sugar (optional)
  8. 1 tsp Salt (optional)
Equipment
  1. Blender
Procedure
  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Preheat the waffle maker and add in mix. 
  3. When ready serve hot with any toppings of your preference. (I suggest powdered sugar, honey, syrup, cinnamon, berries, or coconut!)
