The Auntie Ash
Salty bacon strips on top of a dangerous dollop of Camembert
cheese sunbathing on a cream cheese-infused beef patty sandwiched between two
glazed pretzel-buns: It’s amazing just the way it is.
I was looking to make a burger that could leave me
breathless—literally and figuratively—and this is what I came up with! It’s
quite a simple recipe. This would be great during a grill-out or a simple dinner-in
with your friends.
Serve it with a side of nachos or fries and you guys are good to go. Hope you
enjoy this one!
Ingredients
2 tsps of Hotsauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 White Onions, Finely chopped
1 Garlic clove, Finely chopped
2 tbsps Parsley, Finely chopped
1 Egg, Whisked
1-½ cups of Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Cream cheese
2 tbsp Olive oil (Or bacon fat, if you’re cooking the bacon right before the patties)
Camembert cheese
Procedure
Mix the Beef, Hotsauce, Worcestershire sauce, Onions,
Garlic, Parsely, Egg, and Bread Crumbs in a bowl. (Tips: Use your hands because
it makes it easier to get the beef to absorb and mix with everything. Don’t
over mix though because that can make your meat too soft. )
Season the mixture with salt and pepper. (Tip: It helps to
get a small chunk of meat and test it on a pan before forming, so you know what
it tastes like.)
Once season is done, start forming your burger patties.
Start by making a small circle of meat in your hand, and
adding a dollop of cream cheese in the middle.
Enclose the small circle with another layer of meat and form
to look like a patty.
Fry the burgers on a pan with olive oil or bacon grease.
When the burger is just about done, add the dollop of
Camembert cheese on top, to melt.
